Beacon Rail Metro Finance B.V. (“Beacon Rail”) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Mitsui Rail Capital Europe B.V. (“MRCE”), a full-service locomotive leasing business in Europe from Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (“Mitsui”).
