Beacon has acquired 230 latest generation, intermodal wagons as part of a long-term lease with long-standing customer, Freightliner Group Ltd.
The new wagons will allow Freightliner to optimise train capacity for 40’ x 9’ 6” containers. They represent the latest in container carrying technology, developed by Freightliner in association with the manufacturers Greenbrier and Wabtec UK.
